Meet the Tallman Company Team!
Doug & Debbie Tallman
Mr. Doug and Mrs. Debbie have been married over 42 years, and are carrying on the family legacy of Tallman Company. They have three sons, and are very involved in the community. They enjoy spending time together and with their family, as well as working together in their beautiful yard.
Mr. Doug is the third generation of Tallman's to serve as President of the company.

Keith Abernathy - General Manager/Treasurer
Keith has been working at Tallman Company
since June of 1993. He lives in Florence with his son, Gray. He attended the University of North Alabama and has a degree in Accounting. His hobbies include camping, hunting, fishing, BBQ, and watching Alabama Football.
Eric Barnett - Data Entry
Eric began working for Tallman Company in October of 2014. He lives in Florence with his wife and two sons. Eric also pastors a local church and enjoys mentoring and helping others.
Macon Burns - Computer/Inventory
Macon has been working at Tallman Company since June of 1984. He is a native of Sheffield, AL, and attended The University of North Alabama, studying Management Information Systems. In his free time, he works on computers.
Johnny Flurry - Purchasing
Johnny started working at Tallman Company in October of 1995. He lives in the Florence area with his wife and daughter. Johnny actively serves in his church and community, and he enjoys hunting, camping, and gardening.
Sales
Daniel Tallman - Inside Sales, Industrial
Daniel began working at Tallman Company in December of 2017, and he is the 4th generation of the Tallman family business. He and his wife Meggin have two kids and live in Florence. In his free time, Daniel and his wife enjoy traveling and missionary work.
Keith Veal - Industrial Sales
Keith has been working for Tallman Company since July of 2018. He is from the Shoals area and still resides here along with his wife and two children. Keith is a Navy veteran and enjoys hunting and traveling in his free time.
Michele Harwell - Showroom Designer
Michele has been with the Tallman Company since April of 2021. Michele has over 25 years of experience in the building industry here in the Shoals area. In her free time she enjoys running and spending time with her dog, Bella.
Lakota Gray - Showroom Designer
Lakota has been with the Tallman Company since December 2023. She is a Florence native and graduated from the University of North Alabama in May 2023 with a BFA degree in Interior Architecture and Design. She enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and doing photography and other crafts in her free time.
Russell Melton - Commercial Sales
Russell started working at Tallman Company in August of 2004. He lives in Florence and has four children. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hunting, and riding motorcycles.
Jason Veal - Outside Sales
Jason has been working for Tallman Company since August of 2010 and has a background in the construction and plumbing industry. He is married and has three children.
Jim Donahue - Outside Sales
Jim has been working at Tallman Company since 2015. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
David Tate - Outside Sales
David has been working at Tallman Company since 1978. He enjoys Alabama Football and golfing.
Counter Sales
Justin Peden - Counter Sales
Justin began working at Tallman Company in March of 2014. He lives in Florence with his wife and three sons. He loves Alabama Football!
Phil Ellis - Counter Sales (Sheffield)
Phil began working at Tallman Company in July of 2017. He lives in Tuscumbia with his wife and three children. Phil is a custom car enthusiast, and he enjoys attending car shows as well as working on custom cars.
Joey Crumbley - Counter Sales (Sheffield)
Joey has been working in the plumbing industry for 32 years. He began working for Tallman Company in April of 2019. He and his wife live in the Florence area, and they have a son and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Joey enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting.
Evan Sherrill - Counter Sales
Evan has been working at Tallman Company since April of 2018. He attended Auburn and UAH. He has a background in Electrical Engineering. In his free time he enjoys hiking, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with his son. His favorite place to be is at the beach with his family.
Ben Williams - Receiving
Ben began working at Tallman Company in May of 2017. He lives in Greenhill with his wife and three children. In his free time he likes to hunt and coach youth football.
April Wright- Warehouse
April has been working at Tallman Company since April of 2019. She lives in the Shoals area, and she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Crimson Tide!
